Human Resources Generalist/Executive Assistant (Finance)
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Shared Services Human Resources at MemorialCare. The HR Generalist reporting to the VP of People and Culture will have a key support role in the development and execution of strategic organizational goals relating to People and Culture.
Major responsibilities include: Data reporting, analysis, interpretation and preparing associated presentation of materials. The HR Generalist will assist in the management of executive level recruitment, investigations, compensation and benefits. Manage and maintain projects, calendars, records, reports and documentation (both paper and electronic copies). This position must be proficient with HR and general business software products such as PeopleSoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Position Manager and other products associated with organizational charts and project management.
