Assembler - Level 4 (FAA) (Finance)



As an Assembler - Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest quality standards are met. You will work with a team to meet production goals and deadlines, utilizing your advanced skills and experience to contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes, ensuring that our products meet the rigorous standards expected by our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our assembly line and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Transparency

The hourly range for this position is $29.66- $35.77. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and test components and products according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

• Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of assembly activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Utilize your advanced skills to meet production goals, maintain efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement. This is an onsite position in our Redmond, WA. Plant.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Previous experience in assembly and testing of components or products.
  • Must be comfortable working with HF (chemicals)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

WE VALUE

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
