Talent Acquisition Manager (Project Management)
Development and implementation of recruitment initiatives to attract, identify, and source qualified candidates for clinical and management roles within the organization.
Work closely with clinic and program management and human resources to understand hiring needs.
Initiate contact and build relationships with qualified job candidates through various outbound efforts and media.
Collaborates with human resources managers and generalists on posting jobs and facilitating interviews, making the application process smooth and quick for introduced job applicants.
Evaluates the performance of external job posting sources (ie: NAL Website, Indeed.com, Social Media, etc.).
Collaborates with Marketing Department to oversee brand efforts on social media related to recruitment (ie: Facebook, Indeed, Glassdoor.com, etc.).
Makes recommendations on how to more effectively recruit job candidates and interns.
Builds and maintains partnerships with schools/universities and other agencies to develop an ongoing pipeline of qualified applicants.
Coordinates involvement with and attends internship and job fairs.
This is a full time position Monday through Friday.
