PROGRAM COORDINATOR-CS (Finance)
Manages the daily activities associated with the Chef Start, Skills Enhancement & Career Enhancement Program.
Responsible for recruiting and case managing eligible participants into subsidy program.
Performs data entry into all systems related to the program or agency for data tracking and performance.
Responsible for reporting program activities and success stories to program manager monthly via email.
Provide on-site career counseling (job coaching) and perform follow-up and retention activities with participants during all program phases (subsidized and unsubsidized placement and retention).
Facilitate participant enrollment, ensuring all supporting documents are available and all required documents are in case file for program compliance.
Work with case managers to assess and implement enrollment and retention strategies which will enhance participant success, address abilities and barriers to connect participants to appropriate programming and resources.
Manages files and case comments of; program activities, job search progress and contact logs with participants.
Assist participants to develop and/or create resumes, employment plans and educational paths needed to move successfully toward education and/ or unsubsidized employment and retention.
Responsible for writing letters of acceptance for program participation and other correspondence.
Act as a point person between Job Center partners and other program personnel to coordinate the distribution of available resources and employment information as it relates to your program.
Assist with identifying and resolving participant needs, requests, special issues, and complaints; communicate concerns to program manager.
Coordinate/ facilitate presentations, on-site recruitments events, career path sessions and special employment events with or without program manager.
Attend meetings, conferences, and workshops as assigned.
Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned.
