Chief of Strategy - Americas Sales (Project Management)
The purpose of this role is to create, implement, and execute critical strategies for the Americas sales organization. The scope of role will include market/segment landscaping, market/segment strategy, organization structure/WoW, operational model/execution, and staff agenda ownership.
This role will sit on the Americas sales leadership team - reporting directly to the SVP of sales. The individual in this role will play a critical role in collaborating with the Americas sales leadership team to define an agenda for the region and helping to execute this agenda. The role also serves as a critical feedback loop for the Americas leadership team to help adjust our strategy to ensure full success.
Skillset:
Strong collaborator with senior leaders and sales/applications engineering contributors. Strong communicator (verbal/written) Strong program management skillset Data driven analytical assessment capabilities Self starter, able to operate within moderate levels of ambiguity.
Requirements:
BS Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or Computer Science preferred)
MBA Highly Desired
5 years of semiconductor work experience
3-5 years of strategy consulting experience
Location: Michigan, San Jose, or Austin
