Business Strategy and Growth Vice President I, Private Bank and Wealth Management (Finance)
The Business Strategy and Growth team partners with senior leaders across the Private Bank and Wealth Management to set and monitor growth goals (OKR's and KPI's), analyze underlying business drivers, develop additional insights, and perform strategic analyses to assess performance and identify growth opportunities for the business. The team provides ongoing analytical insights into the performance and trends of the business, focusing on both analyzing historical data and creating predictive future data on which the business leaders can base decisions. The Business Strategy and Growth Vice President is instrumental is supporting the ongoing function of the team.
Key Activities:
Work with partners across SVB to provide critical business data and insights to PBWM leaders
Develop and implement analytical frameworks to monitor and optimize the concrete impact our initiatives are having on key business results.
Partner with cross functional senior leaders to set and monitor growth goals for the business (OKR's and KPI')
Analyze underlying business drivers to provide additional insights and identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Use analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
Package strategic and analytical insights into clear, concise and "executive-ready" presentations.
Evaluate trends in external and internal data to discover and manage leading indicators of business success
Involve problem frameworks, develop hypotheses, test and analysis, solution development, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan
Leverage conceptual thinking skills with rigorous analytics to present to support recommendations.
Participate with PBWM Leadership in regular Business Planning exercises and prepare key documents and analyses that roll up to the Corporate Business Planning.

Key Experiences:
Bachelor degree in business, math, engineering or related field required
3 years of experience in a consulting, strategy / analytical, or financial role
