Parking Attendant (Project Management)
JOB TASKS (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
- Greet every Guest, answer Guest's questions and provide consistent, friendly and helpful Guest Service.
- Sell parking tickets and hand out information to guests.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Communicate clearly and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Work directly with discount coupons and parking lot promotions.
- Document the number of parking tickets sold each hour and at the end of your shift.
- Examine currency to check for counterfeits.
- Survey parking lots for cleanliness and to report problems.
- Perform light cleaning duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to provide consistent, friendly and helpful service to guests.
- Ability to communicate to guests to give instructions and directions.
- Ability to respond appropriately to difficult customer service situations.
- Ability to do math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn cash handling procedures.
