Case Manager I - Various Locations (Finance)
Thinks, communicates and behaves as a cause-driven leader and role model for other staff and members when it comes to desired staff behaviors; promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in all job-related functions.
Assists clients in securing and maintaining income through application for benefits, including Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, etc.
Assist clients in securing and maintaining income through full and part-time employment as per client's preferences.
Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations to assist is securing and maintaining employment.
Makes referrals and linkages to community services and employment agencies, and education
Programs; Works with residents or guests to increase success in job retention.
Maintains accurate daily logs records, monthly outcome reports, and files for each guest that services were provided too.
Locates community job fairs and promotes internal job fairs.
Assist clients for resume building, job interview and submitting applications.
