Quality Assistant HGS 2nd Shift (Sales)

What you'll do
The Quality Assistant position is an opportunity that allows you to have a direct impact on the safety and quality of our product for customer satisfaction. You will assist with problem solving and identifying potential risks and improvement opportunities.
As a Quality Assistant, you will be responsible for performing receiving inspections, completing Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) evaluations and final audits of finished goods. Your attention to detail and high accuracy enables you to highlight identified and potential quality issues and be able to effectively communicate them with all departments. Good organizational skills benefits in the segregation of suspect parts and products.

Inspect finished units for quality prior to shipping
Cross-train on other quality department functions
Inspect incoming parts for quality using many types of gauges and measuring instruments
Identify existing and potential quality issues
