Position Title: Director, Network Post-Sales - 9E
Position Summary
Lead multiple post-sales teams consisting of Managers, Supervisors and Client Service personnel with a profound emphasis on churn mitigation. This is a highly visible and influential position leading all post sale customer related matters. This position collaborates cross-functionally with sales in a pre-sale capacity and co-owns the customer relationship post sale. This leader has decision rights on a wide range of customer related areas of concern, particularly as it relates to the financial implications being addressed. This individual leads a large team that handles contract renewals, credit approvals and is ultimately the internal contact/advocate for all network customers. This is a quota-bearing position with monthly and annual churn targets. Must maintain exceptional internal/external relationships, negotiation and communication skills.

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. During COVID19 conditions, this role will work remotely to mitigate risk. This position will require up to 20% travel when conditions allow.
Additional Information: Responsible for $500K+ in salaries and G&A expenses
