HR Administrative Assistant (Finance)
Maintain and update team members electronic files, job descriptions, HR forms, and other documentations as needed
Perform data entry into the HRIS system (Kronos) and create reports and metrics for the HR department
Ensure compliance of HR procedures through performing audits
Complete employment verifications and process invoices in a timely manner
Generate reports and documents needed to perform annual benefits census for pension plan, 401(K), and 1095-C
Create job requisitions and provide administrative support during the recruiting process
Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation
Manage and oversee new hire badge process
