Overview of position:
Kadiant is looking for a Recruiter with expertise in high volume recruiting. You will serve as an internal expert to identify, attract and hire only the best talent with a mission to continually improve quality of hire, time to fill, and cost per hire. You will support full life cycle recruiting and provide a red-carpet experience to all those you speak with. You will provide aggressive hiring plans and build confidence and credibility with hiring managers, and qualify candidates by conducting detailed interviews conducting candidate evaluations. You will serve as a company ambassador and champion Kadiant's mission. Kadiant is a TPG-backed company in the healthcare services sector, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism. TPG Capital has committed $300 million of equity capital to support Kadiant's launch and growth strategy.

Minimum Additional Related Experience: • Two plus years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferred • Two plus years of work experienced in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field, preferred
