Temporary Quality Records Specialist (Project Management)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Records Support: Process incoming aircraft records by scanning all incoming paper copies and organizing records and forms into aircraft specific folders. Organize all Field Maintenance incoming scans into their appropriate folders, pass on to Operator Quality Records all records involving component changes. Collect all aircraft specific data from various electronic and paper folders and organize and update as required, aircraft configuration details.
Configuration: Ensure that aircraft configuration logbooks are current and entries are correct.
Records: Update various FAA certificates and renewals as required. Maintain inventory of aircraft logbooks, forms tags, and other required documents as directed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year general office experience preferred but not required
Electronic file maintenance and tracking experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel; ability to quickly learn new systems
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present ideas, concepts and proposals within a wide range of audiences at all levels, both internal and external to the company
High attention to detail; ability to verify accuracy of data
Good time management skills – ability to maintain levels of productivity including backing-up other positions in the department.
