Customer Care Representative (Remote) (Finance)

Your impact as a Donor Outreach Coordinator is vital. You will s upport Vitalant's life saving mission by actively engaging with current, previous and potential donors to schedule their next blood donation at a local blood drive.

Remote Qualifications: This is a WFH role for those who live in the following cities (or within a 50-mile radius):

Lafayette, LA
Morgan City, LA
Hattiesburg, MS
Tupelo, MS
Las Cruces, NM
Aberdeen, SD
Mitchell, SD
Rapid City, SD
El Paso, TX
Harlingen, TX
Lubbock, TX
McAllen, TX
San Angelo, TX

What to Expect:

  • Schedule: Shifts vary and are either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
    All shifts follow Arizona time (please account for daylight savings and time changes).
    Available shifts include:
    • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with a 30-minute break)
    • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute break)
    • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute break)
    • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (with a 30-minute break)

As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you'll get to:
  • Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential.
  • Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals.
  • Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
  • Code donor records appropriately based on the information provided by donor and management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • One year remote call center experience
  • Bilingual Preferred
