JOB DESCRIPTION
This position provides expert labor relations support to the Davenport, IA team. The individual is a labor relations subject matter expert, and provides labor relations advice and counsel in matters impacting labor relations within the plant. The selectee will work directly with department / area managers as a partner in achieving their tactical and strategic goals in employee relations, labor relations, and other business areas. While work hours would be primarily day shift, Monday through Friday, this job requires schedule flexibility to tend to HR needs on back shifts and weekends, as required. Some travel may be required as well.
