Deli Catering Sales Team Member (Finance)
Full- time hourly positions available (35-40 hours per week)
Weekend availability required
Must be available to work U-M Graduation Day
Must be available to work at least 2 U-M Home Football Games a season

Performance Expectations - Essential Functions:
Takes customer catering orders over the phone, in person, and also processes web orders
Calculates portions and totals to meet customers' needs
Uses Catering software program to enter data for customer orders
Communicates with Sales staff and Catering Kitchen staff to ensure accuracy on all orders
Performs various administrative tasks including processing payments and closing out credit card sales
Assists with deliveries on occasion
Helps in Catering Kitchen department as needed
The Success Patterns for this position are:
Experience working in Catering sales or the foodservice/hospitality industry
Understanding of general business and accounting practices
A reputation for giving great service to guests and co-workers
Solid computer skills, including Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Well organized with a strong attention to detail
Follows and understands systems for order accuracy
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Physical Requirements
Can lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Can ascend and descend through multiple levels of the Deli building
