Provider Training Specialist (West Region) (Education)
QTC is seeking a Provider Training Specialist to support our West Region. This position is fully remote. Ideal candidates would reside in the following states, California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado.

The Provider Training Department supports QTC's key strategic initiatives by supplying a functional provider network trained on the client's contractual requirements and expectations. The Provider Training Specialist's main responsibility is to ensure the providers are properly trained on the requirements of the client and all appropriate QTC software by: providing instructor-led training; acting as a mentor to address provider training needs; and ensuring the effectiveness of QTC's provider training programs. In addition, this role will work with various departments within the company in company-wide project initiatives and to ensure provider training is in line with business needs. Technical training will be provided to the right candidates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
Physicians, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistants, Mental Health Providers, Audiologists, Dentists, Optometrist/Ophthalmologists, etc.
QTC Propriety Software
Software designed with medical exam forms aligned to client's exam requirements
Veterans Administration and other government agencies
User Acceptance Testing: Final stage of any software change request lifecycle before go-live
$58,425 - $61,500
