Utilization Management Representative (Finance)
Position Summary
The Utilization Management Representative will provide a range of administrative/technical support services to the Utilization Management Department including obtaining, monitoring, and tracking prior authorizations for services and will verify mental health insurance benefits with third party payers working with clinical and administrative staff.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent requiredOne (1) year experience preferredKnowledge of managed care contracts and Medicaid regulations highly preferredExperience with Medicaid and/or commercial insurance authorizations highly preferred
