Sr. Product Development Manager (Finance)
JOB DUTIES:
Sr. Product Development Manager coordinates efforts between technology and business to drive innovation of product lifecycle from concept through launch. Manages the technology portfolio and demand backlog associated with assigned business partners. Leads product vision while managing the development and integration of the multiple data applications, platforms and software applications including Infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, zero downtime migrations, security, operations, design, and development. Utilizes various CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) technologies to include Jenkins, Matomo, Grafana, GIT, CloudFormation and JIRA. Provides management of products involving the development of cloud-native technologies like AWS utility computing web services (AWS lambda, Amazon Kafka, Amazon EC2, Amazon S3), micro-services framework for real time analytics and data science algorithms. Coordinates Machine learning and statistical modelling for production systems using Python, Java or .NET. Utilizes Agile methodology. Provides expertise for Analytics related to big scale database using tools to include Databricks, Amazon Aurora or Redshift and Apache Spark. Utilizes various data integration tools to include Informatica, Snap logic, MuleSoft. Navigates the complexities of working in a highly regulated medical device environment adhering to numerous FDA and (ISO) 13485 and (ISO) 62304 regulations. Provides management, mentoring and guiding employees in a team. Works in the development of Machine learning algorithms including Supervised and Unsupervised models like XGBoost, linear and multiple Regression, Random forests. Has proven experience in architecting and deploying cloud native data engineering and machine learning platforms leveraging AWS or Google cloud services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters' Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related degree and five (5) years of experience in Information Systems and three (3) years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following: Enterprise IT solutions for Infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, zero downtime migrations, security, operations, design and development; Utilizing CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) technologies to include Jenkins, Matomo, Grafana, GIT, CloudFormation and JIRA; Cloud-native technologies (AWS) and micro-services framework for real time analytics and data science algorithms; Machine learning and statistical modelling for production systems using Python, Java or .NET; Building Analytics on a database and cloud services using Databricks or similar platform such as Amazon Aurora or Redshift and Apache Spark, AWS Glue, CloudWatch or AWS S3; Agile methodology; Integrating systems using Informatica, Snap logic and MuleSoft; Product launch experience targeting patients that followed FDA regulations, (ISO) 13485 and (ISO) 62304; Managing, mentoring and guiding technical product teams. Certifications is required: AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
