Partnering with the Director of Engineering, identify key architectural requirements and solutions such as lifetime cost, data collection and analysis, testing, security, and customer privacy.
Own the product planning process; develop and manage apps/services roadmaps linked to target segments', customer needs and willingness to pay; product positioning linked to distinctive understanding of competitive offerings and value; product value pricing - and our overall strategic roadmap for the professional and consumer markets.
Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define vision and strategy for Resideo Connected Home Internet and mobile services.
Own and manage the apps/services life cycle, including definition, development, and launch.
Drive new apps / services development through the Product Approval Committee [PAC] process working with global development resources; deliver on customer needs on time and budget.
Business Model and Pricing:
Innovate and develop new business model and pricing for our connected home business.
Understand and develop innovative cloud business models; understand value elements critical to customers; develop value equations and target value propositions to customer segment.
Understand and develop web / mobile pricing models, with proven ability to develop value pricing strategies and monetize cloud offerings.
Cusstomer Relationship Management.
Communicate the value of the offering in customer centric terms.
Own customer marketing and launch plans.
Develop and execute voice of customer (VOC) plans.
Brand Management and Consumer Marketing.
Contribute to the creation and building of the Resideo Connected Home brand with effective brand management in web / mobile apps / services.
Develop co-marketing / co-branding programs for Resideo dealers and channel partners.
Work with marcom to develop effective consumer marketing plans, with a particular focus on Internet marketing campaigns and Internet lead generation and management.
Research and Analysis:
Design and execute impactful market research studies; drive to conclusions and actionable recommendations for the business.
Lead market research planning and execution; drive analysis to "so what's".
Communicate the findings and implications; drive action from analysis.

Core Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering or Computer Science) or 8+ years in senior software engineering roles.
Min 8+ years Product Management experience in a software environment or the equivalent ownership of product for consumer-facing software.
8+ years experience in the technology sector
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with SaaS and Cloud business models and pricing, and proven ability to monetize web / mobile apps / Internet services, including experience with Cloud analytics.
Experience with e-Commerce, Internet marketing, and lead generation.
8+ years of experience in marketing / product management.
MBA from a top tier institution.
6 to 8+ years experience in web / mobile apps / Internet services product management in a leadership role.
Experience with business processes for Agile development methodology.
