J1 Ski Valet (Finance)
Follow policy and procedure, conduct oneself with safety in mind, create and maintain a safe environment for oneself, guest and fellow associates
Engage guests while providing knowledge of the mountain and snow report.
Stores equipment overnight for all guests, ensuring it is properly identified.
Keeps Ski Valet and entrance clean and in order at all times.
End of shift duties include cleaning Ski Valet floors and bathrooms daily.
Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions
Works closely with the Hausmeisters to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays

Qualifications/Knowledge:
Fluent English Skills
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Work Environment:
Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is often a fast-paced work environment, especially during Holiday and Peak days. TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work in close quarters and with other staff.
Physical Demands of Position Include:
Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds. Standing and outdoors 50-60% of the time. Frequent walking, reaching and bending. This position will require individuals to be out in winter conditions 20-30% of the time.
Background Check:
Positions dealing with children, of safety-sensitive and/or confidential nature, require driving or positions that handle cash may require a background check and MVR check. Employment is contingent upon a favorable background check and MVR check.
