Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
Interacts in cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, vendors and/or clients, in team environment.
Ensures CDS Global Model business activities meet schedules and client requirements.
Consults and communicates with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Learns about clients' promotions and determines the best way to model their business.
Performs CDS Global Model Initializations using initialization programs to prepare Model feeds for clients (shift, factor, and enrich).
Analyzes and reviews client scenarios and communicates changes as necessary.
May perform production update function back-up.
May perform Model balancing function back-up.
Assists staff and clients with CDS Global Model questions.
Supports CDS Global Model staff.
Communicates and answers all questions in a timely manner.
Seeks out resources when needed (e.g., SERV team, software help, etc.).
Uses various resources to continually learn and apply new information in a changing technical environment.
Performs REACT and SERV research when troubleshooting.
May develop and deliver training to clients and staff on the CDS Global Model. Training could include: initializations, production updates, and other procedures. Training may be on an individual basis or in a classroom format.
May test new software.
Performs circulation model consulting duties for clients on an as needed basis.
Organizes tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
