Position Summary:
The Spiritual Care Assistant functions as a chaplain, offering spiritual interventions, both group and individual, for patients and families receiving inpatient and residential services through the Lindner Center of HOPE. In addition, the Spiritual Care Assistant will complete spiritual care assessments on those patients that want to meet with a chaplain.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of pastoral care, assessments, and counseling skills required Group leadership and facilitation experience.
Verification by religious organization as ordained and/or licensed practitioner preferred.
At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate well.
Ability to enthusiastically follow and model the Lindner Center of HOPE mission, vision, and values.
Basic computer skills and knowledge.
