Answers incoming sales calls via telephone, e-mails and facsimile requests.
Promotes and effectively sells company products and supplies using established company sales techniques
Solicits new business by reaching out via outbound calls to previous, potential and low volume customers.
Clarifies and fulfills customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services, providing pricing information as requested.
Understands and fulfills customer delivery needs by interfacing with warehouse personnel.
Understands and supports established sales and customer service policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
Emphasizes saleable services of products to include quality and ability to meet customer specifications.
Offers specials, promotions and deals through in and outbound calls and email.
Enters paperwork for national accounts into the system to include work orders, return authorizations and related documentation.
Enters orders into the system and assigns accurately to store inventory.
Resolves all customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner and forwards escalated issues to manager.
Supports outside sales representatives by providing sales materials as requested.
Attends all required meetings and trainings as assigned.
Maintains current knowledge of manufacturers' product lines (tire and non-tire), and warranties.

Coordinating billing with banks/leasing companies/finance companies
Coordinating billing with Accounts Payable
Coordinating shipping and delivery with the Warehouses and Shipping departments.
Assist in the training, coaching, and development of new team members.
Serve as a technical resource for team members and other co-workers.
Possess knowledge of other positions and serve as a back-up when needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of related experience or training
