Segment Marketing Lead Analyst (Direct Marketing) - Work from home - Nashville, TN (Marketing)
Supports and manages development, execution, and post-campaign analysis of Medicare direct mail and email acquisition (prospect) and customer cross-sell/upsell marketing campaigns. Will provide insight and recommendations to pivot for ongoing improvements to meet target KPIs. Position has a focus on proofing for benefit versions, grammar, and feedback regarding design and readability of materials, and other data and content accuracy as needed. Works collaboratively within team, across functions, and extensively with Advertising, Production, Finance, Creative, Compliance, and Agency teams to execute campaign strategies. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Develops relationships with key business partners and manages approvals from business unit up to manager level.
