Staff Controls Integration Engineer-Functional Safety (Architecture)
This position will be responsible for performing analysis and executing functional safety task for integrating systems into battery electric vehicles. You will develop technical safety concepts, integration plans, interface specifications, and work with vendors to integrate systems into multiple vehicle platforms. This includes developing hardware specifications, requirement definitions, identify potential safety impacts, develop safety requirements, failure mode analysis, software development, and validation. This position may have opportunities to lead a team through the development process.
