IntelliLogix Account Executive (Administrative)



Santa Barbara-based Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), a leader in data analytics and benchmarking, is seeking an Account Executive to join our IntelliLogix Sales Team.

IntelliLogix provides MDS scrubbing and real-time data analytics that helps optimize reimbursement for the care delivered, improve 5-star ratings, and better manage survey readiness.

The Account Executive's primary responsibility, as front-line sales representative, is driving new revenue for their assigned territory by creating interest among prospects in SHP products and services, turning prospects into clients.

This is a full-time remote position within the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote, prospect, present, and close new accounts within the healthcare/skilled nursing facility market.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Manage sales pipeline across all stages, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SHP's product offerings to deliver effective presentations tailored to prospect's unique needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers to establish long term partnerships.
  • Gain industry intelligence through networking, trade shows, market research, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share critical market feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows and travel when required
  • Keep accurate and timely records and forecasts in SHP's CRM system
  • Promote the company brand with excellent written and verbal communication

 

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive, Business Development Manager, or similar role in SaaS technology, healthcare experience preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience closing complex, multi-solution deals
  • Strong understanding of long-term care business practices preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills, both virtually and in-person, with focus on consultative strategies
  • Strong desire to learn and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

 

Pay

$75,000. annual base pay, plus commissions earned
