Business and Auxiliary Services' is seeking a qualified Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for providing billing and general administrative support to the Logistics and Printing Services team. Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating the billing operations and processes for Moving Services and Central Receiving.
Reviewing and preparing payments of all transactions
Reviewing and preparing all interdepartmental charges
Data entry and reporting
Tracking invoices and charges
Assisting customers with billing inquiries, as necessary, which includes troubleshooting issues, handling complaints, and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors.
Providing administrative support to the department and management and is responsible for distributing mail, greeting visitors, managing schedules, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
At least two years of experience in accounting and/or billing is preferred. Proficient word processing and data entry skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Programs.
