About the Position

The Project Coordinator is a dependable, self-driven contributor who works with the Lev Delivery team(s) and Lev clients. They administer required and recurring program-related activities. They are in charge of assisting Lev Account Directors and Clients in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

This position is available for Remote Candidates in the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Contribute to improve project management / PMO processes and efficiencies. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in client engagement and developing artifacts in support of client/company initiatives.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

  • 2 year of marketing, administrative or project experience

Cognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization, or lawful permanent residence (otherwise known as a “Green Card”) for this role.
