Edward Jones is seeking a new team member to be responsible for associate relations functional support serving branch and home office associates, who is service driven and has the ability to travel, Work in partnership with leaders and associates to diagnose and resolve a variety of issues involving team dynamics in the workplace, ensuring that all employment laws and policies are adhered to and while maintaining firm culture.
This position is advanced by an in depth knowledge of employment law.It further benefits from a working knowledge of the products and services offered by Edward Jones and an understanding of the firm's structure including the Edward Jones branch model, an understanding of how each of the firm's home office divisions support our branches in serving our clients, and an understanding of the firm's compliance policies.
