Customer Service Representative (Finance)

Are you highly organized, computer savvy, detail oriented and have an analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills? Previous construction industry experience is a plus, but not required. This hourly full-time position is an office-based role at our Bentonville main office. We provide the tools needed to succeed and we regularly reward our team members generously through profit sharing each year along with a well-designed benefits package that includes:

Starting pay is $12-13 per hour with considerations based on previous experience.
As a Customer Service Representative with HJC your primary responsibilities include:
- Productive interaction with customers by phone and email
- Review and evaluate commercial construction projects to determine scope of work
- Processing sales orders and purchase orders
- Preparing accurate project quotes for commercial bids
- Provide service and support to insure accurate scheduling and delivery
- Researching and resolving customer opportunities, issues and concerns

- High school degree, equivalent or higher
- Optimistic, friendly and service oriented
- Able to multi-task - read and interpret multiple sources of data simultaneously
- Talented in shifting gears and reacting quickly to changing customer demands
- Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Outstanding customer service with accommodating attitude
- Intermediate or greater computer skills (Outlook, Excel, shipment tracking, etc.)
- Work in fast paced environment to meet strict deadlines with a positive attitude
- Maintain cooperative relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
- Energetic with outstanding work ethic and enhanced communication skills
