Marketing Operations Manager (Finance)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Global Fitness & Wellness Digital Marketing team. This role is tasked with building an operational foundation that supports and elevates GFW Digital Marketing's expertise across Marketing Automation, Paid Digital Media, CRM, T&O, Traditional Marketing and Creative development. This role will help define processes that support collaboration across departments and teams with a focus on HubSpot, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate knows how to navigate the complexities of setting up marketing tools, training team members, supporting workflow implementation and optimizing the tools for streamlined use. The right candidate for this role is an excellent facilitator, communicator, and thrives under pressure, and should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, highly effective digital media strategies, ideal user experience, and the ability to deliver on digital objectives.
