What you'll be doing:
Post jobs to internal and external websites as necessary. Maintains job postings.
Screen resumes of applicants to determine if applicant is qualified for role.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Use various platforms to network with both passive and active job seekers - LinkedIn, forums, social media, etc.
Manage requisitions and candidate statues via Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates by given deadlines.
Work with internal employees to manage employee referrals.
Assists Human Resource management team with various special projects or duties as requested
Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
1+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment - electrical/skilled trades experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with ATS/HRIS programs - Kronos preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
