Inside Sales Representative (Finance)

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will follow-up from leads generated from marketing and other avenues. You'll also work with a small team to sell the company's products, systems and services via telephone or electronic means to new prospective customers utilizing the latest inside sales techniques.
You will work closely with the outside Regional Sales Leadership to ensure the team is meeting the expectations and delivering qualified leads to the Regional Sales Account Managers. You will learn how to position our current portfolio of NPMD and Cloud solutions.
This role is an overlay to the field sales force and supports the initiatives of the field sales organization and carries an individual or team quota. You will focus on acquiring new customers via marketing driven leads. You will represent the company to potential customers and are often the first contact a customer may have with VIAVI Solutions.
Success Indicators/Responsibilities :
· Technical Aptitude: Experience with Technology and able to quickly learn product portfolio
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
· Comfortable with a Player role that requires individual contribution on the team.
· Being able to work on multiple tasks at once and partner with various departments
· Receive leads that are generated; following up to qualify leads and work with outside reps to complete transactions
