Plant Maintenance and Facilities Manager (Project Management)

Nemera has an opening for a Plant Facilities & Maintenance Manager in our Buffalo Grove, Illinois facilities.  The role will be responsible for managing and leading the sites Facilities and Maintenance teams. The Manager ensures that the facilities and manufacturing equipment is in good working order and kept within specifications to meet plant safety, quality, equipment reliability, customer satisfaction and financial goals.

You'll help us achieve our corporate growth goals by bringing these skills to Nemera:

• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Mechanical abilities and administrative abilities.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience ; perferably  in Facilities, Automation and/or Injection Molding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP a plus.
