The Workplace Office Services Manager position plays a critical role in the vision, strategy, and execution for the delivery of a contemporary, efficient, and engaging workplace. This position, in partnership with our global real estate, is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of an integrated facilities and vendor management program for multiple Mars Wrigley offices in North America.

Education & Professional Qualification
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
Preferred qualification: Master/ Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
Knowledge/Experience
10 or more years of progressive experience in Workplace Experience, including 5-6 years in a supervisory position
Demonstrated ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and reach strategic business goals
Solid knowledge of global and local policies and practices and understand their application in solving business needs and ability to provide guidance
Strong consulting skills and ability to influence decisions to a positive business outcome
Good business acumen / business experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective in building relationship at all levels
What will be your key responsibilities?
Leads and mentors a diverse team responsible for Facility Operations as well as our administrative team responsible for supporting our leadership & functional teams.
Accountable for operating and capital budgets related to office services
Manages and implements change management plans & strategy for office space utilization, experience, migration of new technology, and ongoing administrative services delivery for current and future needs across multiple facilities
Develops the approach to site offerings/amenities/concierge services
Coordinates logistics for Mars Wrigley North America for all associate office activities to drive associate engagement
Ownership for delivering a consistent office esthetic and branding across multiple sites in the segment
Manages 3rd party building and grounds maintenance including cleaning, food services, landscaping and security
Collaborates with Industrial Engineers to create capital and renovation budget requests
Monitors the work of outside contractors including general contractors, architects, engineers, commuter shuttles and material and equipment suppliers.
Acts as the primary point of contact for emergency management preparation, planning, and response for on-site and at remote locations at all times including off hours as needed. Coordinates activities with first responders and other public safety officials.
Oversees all activities related to office maintenance, including preventative maintenance, department moves, lighting, cleaning, painting, and confidential recycling.
Evaluates performance, monitors achievement of goals and departmental performance standards; identifies areas for development; creates improvement plans, coach, and counsel as appropriate
Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Office Administration Department
Coordinates day to day facilities communications to associates - site closures, inclement weather advisories with focus on minimizing disruption to associates (providing oversight with each site manager responsible to execute)
