CRM Marketing Specialist

Irvine, CA/ Full-time

Your responsibilities

The CRM Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing targeted email as well as other channel marketing campaigns to increase lead generation along with leveraging customer data to drive B2C/B2B brand awareness, loyalty, engagement and incremental revenue. Deep knowledge of marketing automation process and CRM tools with ability to strategize, plan and implement marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and new opportunities for all BSH brands (Bosch, Thermador & Gaggenau).    

  • Good understanding of consumer journey lifecycle management, email, mobile, and text channels.
  • Develop personalized communication campaigns for each phase of the consumer journey
  • Develop & maintain marketing calendar for all brands, ensuring timely launch of campaigns
  • Design, build and launch acquisition and retention marketing campaigns to drive conversion and maximize consumer lifetime value
  • Increase opt-in rates thru continuous campaign/landing pages optimization.
  • Manage, execute and optimize marketing programs to support multi-channel efforts including events, webinars, promotion, lead nurturing, and customer nurturing.
  • Manage campaign design and copy writing, quality control, email cross-platform testing, A/B testing, consumer-side testing, database segmentation and continuous optimization for KPI improvements
  • Develop email segmentation strategies that leverage customer data insights (i.e. demographics, customer life-cycle touch points, purchase history, marketing preferences).
  • Use data to deliver insightful and actionable reports to optimize personalization and segmentation strategies that connect with customers in an innovative way
  • Work with Brand & Product marketing teams to align brand messaging for consistent consumer experience
  • Collaborate with Web Marketing and Customer Support teams to execute marketing campaigns
  • Solid understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, list management, deliverability, and segmentation strategies. Build/maintain processes for segmentation and list building across multiple marketing channels.
  • Define campaign KPIs, monitor metrics and analytics of campaigns to garner insights on consumer behavior to drive actionable next steps
  • Performs all other duties as assigned                                                                              

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for campaigns across multiple platforms, specifically email, mobile, and text.
  • Experience with CRM and ESP tools like Salesforce, Hybris, Mail Chimp, etc.
  • Proficiency using HTML CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of database logic and query language experience in SQL, SQQL preferred
  • Analytical thinker with a depth of knowledge in managing audience segmentation, insights development, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics for Web Traffic
  • Advanced MS-Office Skills for data manipulation and reporting
  • Tech-savvy, with curiosity and ability to learn new concepts and software applications quickly
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills a must
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of management essential
  • Dynamic motivator/leader, relationship builder
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Previous experience with a premium/luxury brand a plus
  • Travel Percentage:  10%
