Customer Service Representative (Administrative)
TransCore, (TRN) a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dover, Delaware.
Under the direction of the Call Center Supervisor or Lead, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will interact with customers primarily over the telephone and is responsible for assisting customers in opening accounts, performing routine maintenance updates, assisting with customer issues and concerns and providing quality service. This process includes accurately explaining the E-Z Pass terms and conditions and the Violation Processing policies and procedures. The Call Center CSR is responsible for processing information in accordance with TransCore and DelDOT's standards of performance.
