Video Recovery Technician, Risk Management - Lakeland (Media)
request video footage for relevant customer events
review the video received, analyze and determine if the correct video has been provided and, if not, request additional footage
initiate ongoing requests to ensure all appropriate video is secured prior to the video footage being automatically deleted from the store's DVR(s) which is approximately 60 days post-accident date
document all relevant information after viewing video
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year of customer service experience or retail experience
Typing skills
Excellent skill in service, support and understanding of operational issues
Excellent analytical skills
Good organizational skills
Decision making skills
Communication skills (written and verbal)
Teamwork, service and support, understanding of issues impacting the claims resolution process.
2 years of customer service experience or
1 year of service in a Publix retail location
Bilingual, preferably Spanish
Computer skills including Risk Master claims system
