Originating Mail Supervisor (Administrative)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the activities of assigned personnel to meet established service delivery tasks, timelines and customer expectations by utilizing and understanding the relationships and dependencies between parts of the organization and available customer resources.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages hourly ground handling operation employees.
Responsible for supervising employees daily ensuring staff is performing the following duties in the course of the process and distribution of outgoing mail.
Carries out supervisory/managerial responsibilities in accordance with the Company's EEOC and Anti-Harassment and Discrimination policies; including training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and appraising performance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and understand English to communicate effectively with a diverse group of employees, supervisors and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
GENERAL HIRING REQUIREMENTS
Stringent Background check and pre-employment D&A screen required.
Minimum five year US residency required
Unhindered availability: Tuesday – Sunday 12:00am – 08:00am.
Must be responsible and reliable, setting a good example for others to follow.
