Medical Social Worker Job Summary:
Hospice of Lenawee, a 5-STAR Medicare.gov rated hospice, seeks a compassionate Michigan Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW preferred, LLMSW considered for supervision) for a full-time, day shift position. The Medical Social Worker will provide essential emotional, social, spiritual, and bereavement support to our hospice patients and their families. This role is a calling for someone dedicated to patient-centered care at the end-of-life journey.
