JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arriving to work on time, in full uniform with proper appearance as outlined in training manualThorough knowledge of menu(s), wine list and available beveragesCompleting side work, table set-ups and station preparation prior to service and at the end of the shiftProviding guests with 4-diamond fine dining service as directed through Goldener Hirsch Inn trainingMaintaining the condition of the dining room throughout serviceCommunicating clearly with management and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
