Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant (Administrative)



Overhead Door Company of Santa Fe, a DH Pace Company, is hiring a Customer Service Representative! The CSR will provide an exceptional customer experience. The CSR will assist walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and manage a variety of administrative tasks. 

Position Overview:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, department, and management
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls to customers
  • Document and track service tickets
  • Assist any walk-in customers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times 

 Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of related work experience and/or training is preferred
  • Affinity for taking care of customers and an outstanding work ethic
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that requires a high attention to detail
