Front Desk/Receptionist (Administrative)
The Receptionist position is a full-time in person position that will cover the front desk and handle receptionist duties from THE hours of 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday. We offer some flexibility with hours.
Front desk duties include answering/routing incoming calls, assisting employees at the front desk, and other administrative duties. Data entry duties include updating student information in Management Concepts' student database and checking student information for accuracy. In addition, the individual should have good people skills with a friendly outgoing personality and dress in a professional manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Front Desk/Receptionist or administrative assistance experience preferred but not necessary
Data Entry experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook
Attention to detail
Management Concepts requires all employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19 according to current CDC guidelines.
