Warehouse Assembly Lead 1st Shift (Finance)

Starting Rate: $19.00/hour
Base Hours: 1st shift, Days 7am-3pm, overtime as needed.
Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915

As our Warehouse Assembly Lead, you will:
• Set-up jobs for you and your team
• Work and run small machinery, make minor machine adjustments - i.e. shrink wrap, labeler
• Complete production and productivity paperwork
• Ensure quality of product through your line
• Train and oversee workers assigned to multiple jobs
• Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the supervisor.
• Operate forklift and electric walkie rider to move pallets of product
No experience necessary! We will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.
Physical Requirements:
• Job requires the ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds
• You'll be standing or walk for the entire duration of your shift
Qualifications:
• Prior lead or training experience preferred
