You will be responsible for helping CRM partners and NICE inContact Channel Sales Teams to…Build Opportunity pipeline objectives through joint enablement, OEM marketing programs, joint field events and CRM specific collateral and presentations.
Become immersed in the OEM's partner relationship programs, communication tools and outlets (social, internal/external chat groups and more) to build awareness and best practices
Assist in messaging and marketing material creation through an understanding of NICE inContact's integrations, partnership strengths and market goals for multiple OEMs.
Develop an understanding of (and ability to speak to) market developments in the CRM sector, specifically cloud-based CRMs.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned CRM partner accounts
Create and execute marketing budgets and plans with CRM partners
Proactively assess and assist partner and internal sales team needs on an ongoing basis in order to drive engagement between the two teams
Conduct occasional enablement sessions to help educate partner teams on NICE inContact
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel including Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Management to meet CRM Partner performance objectives and expectations
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
Attend industry events as required- this may include occasional travel within the United States
Skills
Solid understanding of SaaS market
Ability to understand and convey the value proposition of solutions such as integrations, customer experience benefits and competitive differentiators
Desirable Experience
Experience in channel and/or partner development on a national scale
Experience with development and maintenance of channel marketing relationships
Experience Required
1 year experience with at least one major CRM (e.g. Salesforce, SugarCRM, ZenDesk, Microsoft Dynamics) in a sales, marketing or account management capacity, either as a partner or as an employee of the OEM.
