Position Title
Associate Attorney (6E) or Attorney (7E)*
*Position title and salary grade commensurate with experience.
Position Summary
Provide legal advice, counseling, and training to business partners on issues related to service and vendor contracts, regulatory, litigation, corporate matters, and/or other areas, with specific emphasis on the negotiation and drafting of service and vendor contracts and other procurement-related matters.
Essential Job Functions
Education/Certifications
Licensed to practice law in one or more jurisdictions; if not licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, the ability to become so licensed or obtain limited in-house counsel licensure in Pennsylvania within six months following hire date
