Business Line Manager, Rebates (Remote Opportunity) (Biotech)
Primary Accountabilities:
Strategic
Establishing strategic direction for rebates product
Planning financial goals
Ascertaining customer needs and formulating product enhancement concepts
Defining go-to-market strategy for rebate product
Representing product through customer meetings and industry associations and trade shows
Evaluating new ideas for their ability to support organic growth and align with current strategies
Identifying and evaluating partnership or acquisition strategies to support growth
Leadership & Management
Effectively manage cross-functional initiatives (e.g. pricing, product launch, etc).
Ensure sales teams are enabled to ensure effectiveness
Drive accountability for Sales results
Collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance and Legal on key business processes/decisions
Influence
Convey compelling business cases in order to prioritize rebate product development
Create opportunities for rebates to be bundled with other Inmar solution sales
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years of leadership experience with promotions/retail/CPG focus; prior rebates experience highly preferred
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, pricing, and forecasting
Product strategy or product marketing experience; ability to diagnose a market problem and craft & implement an action plan to address it
Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated comfort with presenting to customer and various internal stakeholders
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
