Quality Systems Analyst (Finance)
In this exciting role as a Quality Systems Analyst you will have responsibility for ensuring compliance for Promotional Labeling marketing materials.
The Restorative Therapies Group (RTG) develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes.
This role provides support for all (RTG) divisions: Cranial & Spine, Neuromodulation and Specialty Therapies. These therapy groups focus on the following:
CORE SPINE & BIOLOGICS shapes spine surgery for the better; delivering procedural solutions and therapeutic biologics and partnering with other healthcare stakeholders to accelerate innovations that can improve surgical efficiencies and help create better outcomes for more patients.
BRAIN THERAPIES offer an integrated portfolio of devices and therapies for the treatment of neurological disorders and diseases, as well as surgical technologies designed to improve the precision and workflow of neuro procedures.
PAIN THERAPIES offer solutions - from early interventional procedures to implantable surgical technologies - that treat chronic pain as well as pain from spinal fractures, cancer and severe spasticity.
SPECIALTY THERAPIES offer a broad portfolio that addresses urologic and gastrointestinal disorders, conditions of the ear, nose and throat, as well as electrosurgical products for soft tissue dissection and hemostatic sealing of soft tissue and bone.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include analyzing proposed changes of marketing materials to determine appropriate approval requirements. Coordinates records for change control. Coordinates changes with marketing, engineering, regulatory affairs, and clinical. Ensures that requirements are implemented and reviews changes to ensure compliance with configuration management policies. Routes the material in the system of record (e.g., Documentum) and ensures timely completion from cross-functional participants. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Most of the time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects while and adhering to policies. The main tasks include computer work supporting email, data entry within software forms and quality inspection of content to meet required policy and procedures.
Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments. Problems and issues faced are general and may require understanding of broader set of issues or other job areas but typically are not complex. Adjusts or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to improve effectiveness of job area.
Communicates primarily and frequently with internal contacts. Contacts others to share information, status, needs and issues in order to inform, gain input, and support decision making.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of work experience in Quality or regulated industry OR Advanced degree with 0+ years of work experience in Quality or regulated industry
