OVERVIEW:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel. Responsibilities include training employees, assigning and directing work, determining work schedules, monitoring and assessing work, resolving problems, and communicating necessary information on an ongoing basis. Ensure contract performance efficiency. Coordinate technical and administrative operations at the site to ensure timely availability of program deliverables to meet specified operational requirements.
REQUIRED:
US Citizen, TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full Scope Poly
Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience
Over 5 years project management experience
Superior customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and superior planning skills. Detail oriented
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Proven operational experience in a datacenter with management networks, storage arrays, cluster management, authentication, and authorization
Flexible, proactive, ability to work with minimal direction in an open and fast-paced environment
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products
DESIRED:
Knowledge of Information Technology Service Management and ITIL
Experience working in customer environment
Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Jira
PMP certification
